Thanks...looks like there already is a pipeline going over the Ogallah aquifer from Wyoming thru southern Nebraska down thru Kansas and Missouri.

The Ogallah Aquifer is massive and crossed by many existing pipeline.

Not to mention all the other aquifers that are similarly crossed by many existing pipelines.

It was more made up BS that sounds bad to the uninformed.
