I think someone said "Communism is socialism, in a hurry." That actually may be a relevant observation here, given the Usurper's urgency to destroy the nation. The OWS is his first overt political assault on America. By next summer they will be much more vicious, and there will be violence. "Communist" may not be far off at that.

Socialism is the gateway to Communism. Socialism is Communism lite, which eventually transforms to Communism.

Yeah, but any fascist regime is going to use thugs and mobs in the street (brownshirts? purple shirted thugs?). In Germany the communists and the nazis had been duking it out in the streets for over a decade when the nazis came to power with the communists giving as good as they got. Then they tried to wait the nazis out, but Hitler attacked immediately and viciously destroyed them once he had the levers of power in hand.
