Perry has been talking tax reform since before he entered the race.

I like Perry, I understand he has talked about it. Unfortunately, it was not something memorable. That’s what made Cain powerful.. and why the money changers drove him out. What is the essence of Perry’s plan? Does he abolish the 14th? There is something about voters I speak to and the desire to have someone speak boldly. Perry did great in this last debate & his hard work is paying off. Not too keen on being called heartless though. When he explained the tuition on Hannity, he made sense, 10th ammendment. I hate to say it, but bold and plain statements get fixed in our heads more effectively than the typical tactic. I think we are all in the mood for a powerful do-er. Perry runs a vast state, something he doesn’t get credit for, Texas is vibrant. Still not sure he wouldn’t push mass amnesty on the heartless.

And long before...

9-9-9 was a bunch of populist nonsense. I wish he'd have the dignity to fade away quietly...but I guess that's asking too much from this shyster.
