"Federal" dollars, my man, "federal" dollars. The same reason they own the school system. It allows the Federal Government to get its camel's nose under their tents. What they forget is, what the Federal Government feeds, it f$*ks. All that "free money" cost them was their soul.
First they take our money, then they give a small part of it back, then they take over local government using the excuse that the feds are “PAYING” for local programs. What’s not to like? They spit in our faces and expect us to say thank you.
