Call me a traitor, but I think the first obligation of the president is to uphold the constitution.I believe Newt is right on this one. Part of his oath to support the Constitution would be to discipline any judge who issued a decision which was unconstitutional on its face. They are not legislators.....and shouldn't act like they are.
