Planned Parenthood requires teen job applicants to attend gay pride parade

ALBANY, NY December 19, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A New York chapter of Planned Parenthood required teenagers to attend a gay pride parade if they wanted to work for the organization – as part of a program funded by the state’s taxpayers.

Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood in Albany recruits teens, including minors, as “peer educators” for its STARS (Seriously Talking About Responsible Sex) program.

The STARS program pays the youth $75 every other week to promote Planned Parenthood and its view of sexuality. In an online video, a STARS counselor describes the message the counselors deliver to their peers: “If you choose to have sex, that’s OK. You won’t totally die. So, it’s cool. I like it.”

The organization’s Facebook page tells teens, “When you join us for the clinic, don’t forget to grab a S.T.A.R.S. bag, which includes free male and female condoms, dental dams, lube, instructions for use, and information on services.” STARS employees promote a wide variety of contraceptives, including the IUD, the Ring, condoms, foam, the diaphragm, the birth control pill, and Plan B. In another STARS video a teen counselor tells a worried teen that while the Morning After pill is available in pharmacies, “you can get it at Planned Parenthood for less money, or even free.”

The online job application states, “As part of the interview process selected candidates are required to attend Capital Pride on June 12, 2011.”

The gay pride parade, which took place on June 12 in the state capital of Albany, featured a host of a transsexuals and barely dressed men.

The application states that the UHPP program, which covers Albany and Columbia counties, “is made possible through a grant from the New York State Department of Health Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention community-based initiative (CAPP).”

CAPP describes its purpose as “decreasing the incidence of adolescent pregnancy through the establishment of a comprehensive and coordinated approach to reduce the risk of initial and repeat pregnancies, STDs and HIV/AIDS rates among New York State adolescents.”

Carl Paladino, the 2010 Republican candidate for governor of New York, told LifeSiteNews.com that public funding of the program was ludicrous.

“I don’t think any non-adult should be compelled to go to a gay pride parade,” he said. “When they’re adults, they’re free to do as they want, but the nurturing minds of the youth shouldn’t be exposed to that kind of thing.”

During the campaign, Paladino contrasted himself with Democrat Andrew Cuomo, saying, “I didn’t march in the gay pride parade this year; my opponent did. And that’s not the example that we should be showing our children.”

Cuomo went on to sign a bill legalizing gay marriage. Paladino told LifeSiteNews, “I’m wondering why the Catholic Church still deals with Andrew Cuomo.”

On June 15, the STARS Facebook page lobbied teenagers to call state senator Stephen Saland “and tell him you support marriage equality.” Peer educators also advocate for local schools to teach “comprehensive sex education” in place of abstinence-only education.

A new study which analyzed tens of thousands of gay obituaries and compared them with AIDS deaths data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), has shown that the life expectancy for homosexuals is about twenty years shorter than that of the general public. The study, entitled “Gay obituaries closely track officially reported deaths from AIDS”, has been published in Psychological Reports (2005;96:693-697).

The actual life expectancy for a homosexual male with AIDS is 39 . . . without AIDS . . . 41.

For a smoker? Early to mid 60s.

And for the homosexual community to brag about their lifestyle and to shove it in our face instead of getting religious and/or psychological help is insane. When I see the homos giggling on the TV shows and mocking the straight people (who are usually portrayed as morons), I get mad.

And to have the bloody Planned Predators indoctrinate teenagers in this horrible lifestyle is more than criminal.

Wouldn’t making them watch a, ahem, “happy fun surgery” make more sense? You do that, and hire the ones who don’t barf.

Any employee who is forced to attend a gay pride parade should sue for sexual harrassment. We know what goes on at those sodomite festivals. If a male manager forced his female employees to attend a wet tee shirt contest he would be fired. In San Diego the bull dyke fire chief forced firemen to attend the sodomite parade. Of course they were harassed. The fire fighters sued and won a little award. The taxpayers had to pay the six figure plaintiff attorney’s fee.

Planned Parenthood should be called ‘Planned Homicide’. If any parent let their teens volunteer there, theparents must be a dumb liberal.

I used to watch a tv show about people buying homes in different areas of the country and even foreign areas, it gave me an idea of how much home you could buy in different places for the same money. An agent would be showing different houses to couples, some fixer uppers and some already in great shape. I just found it interesting.

Then I started to notice that about every other or every third couple was queer. I don't watch it any more. If they only showed two queer couples out of 100 shows, it would be representative of the queer population as a whole but they are subtly (or not subtly) pushing the queer agenda.

tv and content providers have yet to figure out that “homosexuals mean lower ratings”.

or however anyone wants to phrase it.

there is a REASON 18-45 year olds have vanished from the audience.

PP abortions kill about 910 people a day in the USA (2009).
In 2009, PP received about 363 million dollars of State and federal funding (90% of it federal funding).
I do not know more recent numbers.
PP hides behind the facade of the Hyde Amendment (no federal$$$$ for abortion) by pretending that abortion opponents are idiots without any concept of the meaning of the word “fungible.”
The article is simply outrageous. I will let my Senator (rep. is worthless) know about these obscene “job requirements,” and demand that all PP funding stop immediately.

(Again, I don’t know the current funding amount.)

Actually it's lower . . . around 1% barely at most. But notice the crappy new shows that feature at least 20-30% blatant homosexuals and homosexual humor . . . and damn near every heterosexual male is made fun of or is an absolute idiot.

May they rot in hell if they don't seek help. Pathetic!

If I were to type what I’m thinking after reading the above sentence, not only would I get the ZOT! but my children would get the ZOT! Their children might be allowed on FR with speceial permission from Jim.

Here goes another twenty in the swear jar. I can forget about lunch or Skoal tomorrow!

I've done some investigating myself on the short lifespan of homosexuals. Go to the Turtle Creek (homosexual) Chorale website and click on the "Member Memorial" link. Scores of deaths, many only with the cause hinted at, in their 30's and 40's, sometimes into the 50's but seldom more.

Yes, homos own the AIDS epidemic. It's criminal that they've spread it to a few innocent people through blood donation.

We need to defund this organization.

Many Republicans in Congress have failed to even try to do so.
