I think an old fat gray haired man with little money is a terrible idea to put up against “Obama & The Media Machine.”
And you think the open socialist would give him a thrashing even though he’s been unable to attract anyone but wishy-washy “moderates” who would probably consider voting for Obama?
Like it or not, Newt’s our man until someone else steps up to the plate.
My personal candidate hierarchy goes something like this:
Rick Santorum
Ricardo Perry
Newt RINO
Bloodthirsty (for everyone but Mitt) Bachmann
Wrong Paul
Wrong Party
Socialist R
Not exactly an inspiring slate of candidates. If it comes down to Socialist R versus Socialist D, it’s curtains for the republic. America will have been lost before a single vote is cast.
And I think America has grown up since 2008 and realized young 'clean and articulate' hasn't been what it was cracked to be...(and that 'articulate' turns out to be ONLY when on teleprompter.)
America is scared as is hasn't been in many decades. They are looking for experience, a verifiable conservative record and I think 'old fat gray haired man' gives a feeling of protection, stability.
We did 'personality', ignored lack of experience last time. Didn't work out to well...
Obama has served a good purpose - been great for gun, ammo and storage food outfits - and serves as a prime example of what we DON"T NEED.
