Oh, get a friggin’ grip. I’m a disabled Veteran myself. No one is disrespecting his military service; just like I admire John McCain for what he endured in Viet Nam. But, their politics suck!!! What does his military record have to do with him being one of the worst Republican Presidential candidates in my lifetime?

That is...up until the time that other war hero, John McCain, took the prize.

Bob Dole has my utmost respect for his service in WWII.

However, I would not allow him to pilot a helicopter while I was a passenger.

The same holds true for allowing him to choose our next presidential candidate.

Neither have anything to do with my respect for his wartime actions and everything to do with his competence for the task at hand.
