His confidence increasing, Romney has stepped away from his aggressive attacks on Gingrich in recent days, instead shifting his focus back to Obama -- and working to humanize himself on the campaign trail. How in the he!! is Romney going to focus on 0bama when he governed the same way as him?

Who among the elite media will back the Dred Scott decision?

Imagine a President who can do something - WOULD do something - about activist judges besides waiting on one of the Supremes to retire. I mean really, IMAGINE IT.
Now we don’t have to. We know who that candidate might be. (and 3 months ago, I couldn’t imagine supporting him - but I do now).
