We live in the area also. Actually in 2010 Ernest Ammons had been working for the district for 6.5 years. He made $49,017 in Salary and his “benefits” were valued at an additional $17,520, this does not include any extra compensation that he may have received.

Your estimate was pretty close. Teachers in the Kent School district have 11.5 years in the district on average, meaning that most of them make considerably more than Mr. Ammons.
