Paul throws around the word “hate” just like all other liberals. I am quite sure that neither Bachmann or Santorum “hate” Muslims and gays. Paul uttered those words for political advantage and, true to form, appeals to the liberal wing of his base in doing so.

I doubt that they hate all Muslims and gays either. Paul helps contribute to the image that the GOP is the party of hate.

I'm sure that at least one of the 136 foster children Bachmann has helped raised turned out to be gay, and I bet Bachmann loves her as much as her other foster children. Gingrich has a gay sister and I've never heard him trash her. One of Perry's top strategists and chief pollster is gay and even when he disagreed with Perry over the "Strong" ad, Perry still kept him on and I'm sure he would have left Perry's campaign if he felt Perry hated gays. I could keep on listing examples, but the end result is Paul is out there throwing around blanket accusations that don't help the GOP.
