Boehner is useless. He needs to quit golfing with Obama and retire. Fortunately he comes up for election every two years. When the leadership of the House falls into the hands of Conservatives, America will begin to recover.

Boehner is doing the right thing. It is about time someone stands up to Reid's temporary extensions. He has been doing that for three years.

Extending the taxes for two months is going to create a huge mess for tax preparation. Computers are programed to compute payroll taxes on a quarterly basis. Either businesses will have to compute the taxes by hand or pay for special programing. I don't know how it will affect the government. I'm sure a lot of communications and maybe some special forms maybe necessary. And don't forget about the confusion for tax audits and regular audits.

And all of this because these F'ing A-holes are playing political games with a two month extension. I'm sure the idea is once Reid gets his 2 month extension, he has locked us in to a full year extension on the same terms.

Absolutely correct. A 2 month extension will be an accounting nightmare, as 941s are filed on a quarterly basis.
