I agree about Perry, if he could ever just make it to the campaign trail. He has the same crowd charisma as George Bush, but also like Bush, staged network media appearances are his nemesis. I don’t think Santorum can project the necessary presence, however.

Miss Marple, I too miss Common Tator. His wisdom and experience is sorely needed. I got to know Ray a bit in private exchanges and it turned out I’d met him several times professionally. Like rodguy911 and me, he was an old-line broadcaster and station owner, and I’d met him at NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) conventions!

Another old FRiend I really miss is Congressman BillyBob (John Armor). In these troubled times we’d all benefit from the wisdom and insight of these departed FRiends!

There is something about being on the air,it gives you an entirely new perspective about things.

Just for grins I did 15 minutes last Thursday whle gettingmy hair cut.We got the electric shaver noise in and everything it was a blast.

The gal who cuts my hair has a deep sexy voice as well. It was really a good segment.
