Senate leaders reached a tentative agreement Friday night on legislation to extend Social Security payroll tax cuts and jobless benefits for two months while requiring President Barack Obama to accept Republican demands for a swift decision on the fate of an oil pipeline that promises thousands of jobs.

Note that the compromise doesn’t even require a “yes” decision on the pipeline, just a decision.
It’s come to this: We have to force the President of the United States to actually do his job.
Yeah, he’ll let the pipeline go as long as he can throw anyone in jail forever.
We’ve decided where to reroute the pipeline.
Bend over, Obama.
Obama is the worst poker player in history.
Bitch slapped again.
He keeps issuing veto threats, then caves.
WHy can’t we just repeal OBamacare and dare Obama to veto it?
We’ve decided where to reroute the pipeline.
Bend over, Obama.
Mark my words, nobama will still figure out a way to delay the pipeline.
Because the RATs control the Senate.
Forcing a decision..... What the hell??? This is pretty lame.
All nobama will do is cook up 1000 things to slow the decision.
Thanks BAW.
The White House is lying.
To get the pipeline, the slimy SOB will call for completely off-the-wall levels of tax increases.
WHAT is going on. The House approves funding of Obamacare because “a Deal was reach”. WHAT deal?
Are the House Repubs so STUPID they would only run the tax holiday for 60 days. (Maybe renewal is dependent on a yes to Keystone) Or did Zero let it go through with the agreement that Obamacare would get funded?
WTH is going on? Has ANYONE figured out that we can’t have ANYONE tied to D.C as President in 2012?
We are totally screwed, folks.
From what I hear, the pipeline is a part of the trillion dollar deal, so yes, expect Tax incresses.
then again, maybe the republicans voted against this...
I read it as only the unemployment benefits would be extended for the 2 months. Don’t know if that’s accurate.
“a swift decision on the fate of an oil pipeline that promises thousands of jobs.”
What if he waits 48 hours and then says he has made his decision and its no?
A suit of Mandamus for the emperor (may peas be upon him)
Repeating:
PHONY-CARE IS THE GOVERNMENT WORK-CAMP.
Who is John Galt?
Bammers and the watermelons (green on the outside...) just had their a$$ handed to them.
