This time of year can be rather bleak because the regulars -- justifiably take some time off. But can't they at least get fill in hosts? Usually not.
It could be mid-January before things are back to normal. Hope our enemies foreign and domestic don't get fill-ins either.
I remember back in W W 2 how America would shut down for a couple of weeks.. no, wait! No we didn't . . . .

I am a bit irritated at his remarks about Bush and Iraq.
He failed to mention that Iraq had invaded Kuwait.
I also think it was accepted fact that Hussein was a madman and trying to acquire nukes.
