I seriously doubt we’ll hear a credible breakdown and or a quantifiable explaination of this statement...

You gonna tell us Rubio never “naturalized” and is still an elected US Senator from Florida???

Senator Marco Rubio is not a natural born Citizen of the United States since his parents were not U.S. Citizens when he was born. Marco Rubio was born a dual-Citizen, i.e., a Cuban Citizen via his parents and a U.S. Citizen by birth in the USA.
