Newt was a great strategist and tactician back in the day and he remains a great rhetorician. Newt's loyality to Reagan conservatism helped create the Contract With America and that was a big part of the success of the Republican Revolution of the '90s.

In the last decade, however, its obvious that Newt's been pushing a more of a technocratic big govt Republican agenda and that does nothing to advance conservatism.

I agree on all of your points. He seems to be going through some sort of personal reformation though. Hopefully it is not just tailoring the message to the times, but rather an old warhorse recovering his wits, mission and resolve. Watching.

Newt was disgraced, ridiculed, spent his time in the wilderness. But it all comes ‘round again with Newt back to help this nation rid itself of Bammy Boy...whose latest traitorous act is transferring to Russia/Putin our anti-missile technology we spent countless billions developing

Stop the treason! Vote Newt! (I will in 10 days)
