Hmmm... I've never heard of limp wristing with a government model 1911. Forty ounces of steel has enough mass to mitigate that condition. BTW, the 1911 is my favorite range gun.

This one...

Produced these results...

OOOOOW! I like.

He had no hold whatsoever, and he was so scared of the recoil you couldn't teach him.

It was a brand new Kimber, even paid something like $265 extra,IIRC, for Lazar grips.

7 yds he couldn't even hit the target. His brother finely figured out he was closing his eyes.

He lost his guns when he threatened to commit suicide. The police took them.

There really are people that should never own anything more dangerous than a water pistol, and he was one of them.

You simply couldn't teach him anything.

With his 7 mag, 3 different people put 3 rounds into a group at 100 yds that would fit under your thumbnail. The scope was off, but the groups were perfect.

He still thought there was something wrong with the rifle because he couldn't hit the target.

I'm not someone with the gift of patients, I told his brother not to bring him back out to my property. His brother said good because he didn't want him out there.
