There's plenty of point. If Obama wins another term, that's it. Even with a Republican House & Senate, Obama will just ramrod his radical agenda in through regulatory bureaucracies and the courts. He's been tiptoeing around it to keep his reelection chances afloat; with that out of the picture, he's got nothing to lose.
