Nope. I was one of the biggest supporters of Cain and defended him a lot here, but he QUIT and deserted his supporters when he could have easily stayed in the race and led the field. He quit because he could not face an assault by the media. Imagine if there is a war and the media attacks him. This weakling will QUIT. No quitters.

If he were the only one to think about, I honestly believe he’d still have been in the race - but his wife isn’t the political, publicly ambitious type. It’s probably one of the reasons why he loves her, but it’s a loss for our country (imo).

I Think there was something with that last woman. Maybe he slipped up with her years ago, and she had been blackmailing him ever since. He wanted to spare his family any shame. I don’t see him as a quitter.

But I do wonder about his judgment: he knew he had women problems. Why would he run for Prez? The only way to do it with skeletons is to bring them all out and mea culpa all over the place, be honest and apologetic. The American people are very forgiving, but we hate being fooled.

And I am a Cain fan. But he didn’t handle the eruptins well.
