I am afraid that after being the most detested man on the political scene, Gingrich worked too hard on rehabilitating that image and trying to win over people on both sides of the aisle. I think his new wife played a part in that effort.
Gingrich is a smart man, yet he believes in anthropogenic global warming?
AS I was saying last night to my better half, in relation to the political scene, there is ABSOLUTELY no definable or predictable relationship between “being smart” (high IQ) and common sense or the ability to think logically.
There is also no relationship between IQ and being able to analyze a pile of facts and draw an unemotional conclusion based on those facts rather than one’s personal desires and opinions.
Actually that is not his position.
