I need to be out of my office in the next couple of minutes so I have no time to say much more beyond saying I am confident the truth will come out to confirm, clarify, or correct the MOH citation.
While these things take time, and what we hear today may not be what we hear tomorrow, next week or next month, the Medal of Honor is too important to let this go away quietly. People on all sides will make sure of that.
Again, I have no access to information beyond what’s been said publicly, and since as far as I know this has nothing to do with Fort Leonard Wood, the installation I cover, I would have no reason to get or even try to get that sort of information.
