I gotta say I am no fan of Newts however I have visceral hate for the republican establishment. So if I have to make a choice they are clarifying it of me.
Perhaps as the media outlets, both right and left destroy the GOP people, the voters should reject any media analysis and go with their hearts as well as with their heads. I stick with Newt, but unlike the Paulbots, will support the Ricks, Mitt if they win.
Which is odd because of all the people running Mitt is the least likely to have subscribed to National Review, at least when Buckley was running it. Alas, I’m getting old and nostalgic for the days when there were a myriad of decent alternatives. Mitt has to find himself some better handlers I think.
