The Commerce Clause as used today is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. If you believe that, then how do you justify supporting national marijuana prohibition, which is based on the UNCONSTITUTIONAL New Deal view of the Commerce Clause?

They don’t believe in the Constitution, which was the whole point of my first post. They say they do, but they don’t. They only believe in it when it suits them and supports their position.
