Sarah Palin Fails To Find Buyer For Latest TV Show Sarah Palin has so far failed to find a buyer for her latest television show idea in a further sign that her star is on the wane.

The former Republican vice presidential candidate's new proposed foray into reality TV would focus on her husband Todd's career as a champion snowmobile racer. It would be a follow up to "Sarah Palin's Alaska," an eight-part travelogue which was sold to The Learning Channel (TLC) for more than $1 million an episode and first broadcast in November last year.

That show followed the former Alaska governor and her family around the state, including footage of her shooting a caribou on a hunting trip, going on a deep sea fishing expedition, and visiting a logging camp. It broke ratings records for a first episode on TLC, drawing more than five million viewers. However, it dropped to three million for the second episode and received mixed reviews, with entertainment industry bible Variety commenting "Boring? You betcha".

Discovery Communications, which owns TLC, has not bought the latest idea for a Palin show. Cable and satellite broadcaster A&E Networks, which bid for the previous series, is also reportedly not interested.

I am not hung up on Cain,I have moved on to the only really decent qualified Candidate left Santorum. I think that Herman Cain is a really decent person, and you are totally wrong about there not being racist posts about him. There was one thread in particular where phrases like shuck and jive were aimed at him, and one poster was so hysterical he sounded like he wanted to fight the Civil war again. He blamed people like me because I was a Yankee. That is sick. What would you have done on that thread with that behavior? I am beginning to think you would have said nothing. Freepers have always for the most part been kind,decent,and not biased. That was part of the charm. I was talking about the sign on the rock that was turned over to cover up the racial slur. I did not blame Perry,but whoever of his friends that left him hung out to dry for it still being there.

Whatever you think you know about Perry, you don't know much negative or if you do you think he can slide by,and you ignore it. what I know or what Soros,Axeldork,DNC,and the criminal media know would probably set your hair on fire. You certainly cannot believe that someone that is that dull witted,with or without pain meds is good enough to beat the Billion Dollar Obama Machine. Something new just came out today that made me cringe. I think you are letting your State Loyalty think for you.

Freerepublic used to be a beautiful oasis from the negative liberal news Medias falsehoods and misinformation,distortions,and lies by omission.
We could always count on freepers to give great factual info to counter the lies,and really clever,humorous postings and threads that really made a difference. We could get others to come to fR, and be very well informed and pass on the info. I don't see that much anymore, and it is sad because that means the trolls are winning. Part of the problem is not just trolls, the problem with the non trolls is that a few booze and post,and then get way out of hand, and even brag about it. A freeper breathalyzer might help.

I think that people that cannot pry their fingers off the keyboard, and spend all day on FR, and other Internet sites, are not bringing a fresh look,because they need to get a touch of Human relationships or companionship,not computer friends.
