I have worked for some real jerks who could not handle their positions of authority, and ran institutions into the ground, and had to resort to layoffs to save their own skins and those at the top tier. Eventually, they were booted out too. My criticism of them is anything but "anti-capitalist" (which would necessarily call for socialism or another system), but rather, against mismanagement and professional incompetence.
I do not like Gingrich, dislike Romney even more-so, but isnt that what Mr. Gingrich is saying here?
Not to mention, if he is in fact (gulp!), the eventual GOP nominee, he certainly will need the template for Obongo who is a 1000 times worse in executive management skills and being responsible for MILLIONS of people being laid off and not being able to return to work. Just a thought for additional balance. In fact, THAT will be a great narrative regarding the failure of SOCIALISM!!
I would like any and all Freepers who come on to take issue with Gingrich to--especially those who do not post on FR very often but are now suddenly on threads, for the sake of complete transparency, state which GOP Presidential primary candidate in race they in fact do support, or perhaps more precisely, if they categorically assail and reject Mitt Romney for President.
Me? I am more into what Bachmann and Santorum are saying at this time.
I am being as up front and transparent as possible on this. Can other posters be that way, too?? (Actually, still in the heart of hearts a Herman Cain suppporter licking the wounds, ready to vote for him if he is still on my state's ballot, but that can change of course)....
“I do not like Gingrich, dislike Romney even more-so, but isnt that what Mr. Gingrich is saying here?”
Here is exactly what Mr. Gingrich is saying here: I would just say if Governor Romney would like to give back all the money he has earned from bankrupting and laying off employees over his years at Bain, then I would be glad to then listen to him,”
So, Romney is supposed to give back all the money he made so that Gingrich will listen to him? I don’t think so!
