Looks like the left is having a field day laughing at us as we eat our own. Some who listen to Rush think that by advising Romney to move further to the right of Gingrich, Rush too believes that with a millon pounds of baggage, untelegenic, and incendiary, Gingrich would be soundly beaten by Obama.

To be sure this is a pathetic bench. But we must find a candidate who will beat Obama otherwise with one or two more SC appointments and a slew of federal judegships, Obama will have steered the nation to a point of no return. If Gingrich is unelectable (as I and many others do) we must settle for the next electable candidate (prefer Perry, and Romney if he is electable and is the only remaining choice)! This is not an election anyone of us can sit out.

An extremely important consideration! I remember listening to Dennis Praeger warning about Clinton back in 92, he said that when you vote for a president, you are also voting for their rolodex. (or e-mail contacts to update it a bit).

At the last moment someone really Conservative, economically and socially, needs to step up to the plate who is unexpected and wears Teflon. I sure hope The LORD, through providencential undeserved favor (pure grace), surprises us with a really good candidate!
