Pray I get passed anger as well. Mad at myself mostly.

well, not to be too religious, but if you are mad at yourself, we need to remember that God is in control. Not trying to preach, but it helps me to realize God has a purpose, and the bad stuff is never that bad, and if you dwell on the bad stuff, you will miss the good stuff:) Don’t be mad at Pat, God’s not mad at Pat.
