Sandusky has one of those showboating lawyers (ala Hollywood Mark Geragos) who likes to see his face on TV. It will become a circus until some judge grows some guts to puts a gag order on. Running these victims through a preliminary hearing is unconscionable. Sandusky should waive it. The only reason they had to file for victims 9 & 10 was the first Judge was biased in favor of the perv and granted him a joke signature bond. Now he is once again back out with 10 felony counts on him. PA better wake up or they will reap the whirl wind on this one.

As an attorney, I don't usually make comments like this before trials, but after the Costas interview, I'll say this. He's guilty as hell. It was obvious from the interview.

Thanks to his stupidity by granting the interview, it should not be hard for the prosecution to get a conviction. Good riddance.
