It would seem an explanation is due.

I can usually click refresh or home page and have it go away on the next click, but if it doesn’t go through the second time, it is usually the waiting game, like get busy doing something else.

When the service unavailable comes up it appears to be a ticket to a double post, if one is not very careful.
