Gov. Rick Perry's entire statement about the "loss" of our drone [1:20]
Bonus: Perry: Washington DC is the problem [1:16]
Newt attacked Romney and Bachmann last night.
I wish I could have seen it last night! I heard he was wonderful. Of course you won’t hear that on that out of touch network FOX, they don’t even know he was on the stage, but then they’re blinded by their bias.
You may not of seen it, and Fox News may choose to ignore Perry’s performance but they noticed in Iowa and in conservative camps. The clips above tell the story.
Perry truly rose above the fray tonight
C-Span will show it this evening, at 9:30 pm and 12:30 am ET.
You can tell when someone's motives are guided by good intentions -- that the people and the country is their number ONE priority.
Thank you for the time and place for the replay.
I agree, Rick perry is not in this contest for Rick Perry.
Perry is steady.
No problem...was watching when Steve Scully announced the replay, thanks to an agreement with ABC News.
Thanks, I’ll watch for it. I really wanted to see it but there was a Christmas party I had to go to.
........"Despite pundits everywhere calling the bet as a major gaffe, Romney's supporters refused to call it anything other than a victory. "Mitt Romney knew that Rick Perry wouldn't take the bet because it's a phony attack," a senior Romney advisor told Reuters. "By backing down, Perry looked weak. " But Perry's supporters did not seem worried. If Mitt is the nominee, well see that $10,000 bet offer about 10,000 more times, tweeted one Perry supporter. Jon Huntsman's team promised that a 10Kbet.com website was on its way, and a spokesperson noted that Romney has argued for a "government-run, mandate approach ... I guess he owes Rick Perry $10,000." Democrats were pretty happy about the whole thing, too. "I'm doing an endzone dance on it," tweeted one Democratic strategist." Newser
Clearly that moment was the highlight.
Second place, when under Perry’s pressure on the mandate, Mitt tries to bet him $10,000...
If only Mitt would’ve said $100 instead of that huge sum...
Too late.
Did anyone see the lunar eclipse? http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2011/12/11/sky_watchers_get_rare_treat_total_lunar_eclipse/
The only eclipse I saw tonight was Perry blotting Gingrich
I’ll be anxious to hear about it as I will be at church all am. Church and SS on Sunday am is about a 4 hour affair for me.
Newt wins debate and solidifies front runner status. Romney loses big time, he could be history. Perry, if nothing else, finds some redemption but doubtful he can overcome Newt. Maybe a VP candidate.
Santorum fails miserably on Israel, too bad. He could have risen to the challenge. Bachmann steady, and Paul continues to be both absurd and a joke. Just callin it as I see it.
What most people are making of it is that it shows Romney’s head is in the clouds about money. Imagine an individual so eager to bet that much money in an off the cuff moment.
You can argue all day about the mandate, which would be foolish enough, but nobody put that huge sum at the tip of MR’s glib tongue...talk about revealing!
I never bet wages but I am on the Hook for the moment for a $10 bet LoL
