I read it and listened to it. His point was dead on right. But at that moment; he didn't know how many Justices there are.
Honestly; who gives a crap if he knew (at that moment in in that context) if there are 8,9, or 10 Justices?
We are being forced by the omnipresent media now to pick candidates who can recite this stuff flawlessly on the fly.

Basically it will be drones who can spit out certain facts; but are soulless, rudderless drones. Without instincts. Basically corporate types who know how to say all the right things; but who would who would never have core values to lay on the line.

He wasn’t talking about how many USSC justices there are, he was talking about the 8 of 9 justices that voted to end prayers in public school in a decision handed down 48 years ago.

He sure know that there were eight justices in the majority in the case of ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, 374 U.S. 203 (1963). Are you sure you listened to the entire interview and aren’t taking the comment about eight justices out of context?
