“Its a family event if children are watching it, and they are.”
It is not a family event, but rather an event to encourage those between the ages of 18 and 49 to watch the commercials during the game and halftime show.
The commericials are designed to sell products to that 18-49 key demographic and not kids as kids do not earn money.

Do you like football? Did you play football? It's a family event, from grade school through college and into the NFL. All TV has commercials. Go to a movie. The commercials are the trailers.
Your family may not watch football, but millions and millions of families around the world do. This choice of Madonna and the Cirque de Soleil group is unacceptable.
