Are you being obtuse on purpose or legitimately asking a question. The point is this: give me someone who is reasonably conservative who will successfully advance the conservative agenda versus someone who is very conservative but has not demonstrated any ability to advance that agenda any day.
ADVANCING the conservative agenda is exactly what we do need to happen.

The conservative agenda, so I thought was to be the party of HELL NO. Tell me what the conservative agenda should be that the president needs to advance.

Right, which is why we need Big Government Newt. The conservative agenda, is the same as always. Cut spending. Cut government. Do things by doing NOTHING and saying NO, and HELL NO, as much as possible.
