To: Notary Sojac

The man is seeking the highest office in the land.

He has said he wants to allow the states to decriminalize these things.

He said it on national television.

If he is personally against them, and has the power....why would he allow these things to be decriminalized?

Who the hell cares about his personal views at that point when the end result is the same as if he was FOR these things?

Because it is fundamentally wrong for the President to make decisions over what the states may, and may not, criminalize.

In what sense do you think the Constitution makes state laws subject to what the President may choose to "allow"??
