So with all this “good stuff” that he’s done in Texas, why can’t the guy articulate anything without screwing it up? You just have to wonder how he got where he is today. It’s helpful to know more about what he’s done, but I’m afraid it isn’t going to do him any good because he can’t seem to tell his own story effectively himself!

Did someone tell you that Rick Perry cannot articulate his beliefs?
Maybe not as well as you’d like in 20 second bites, but he’s successfully articulated his beliefs on Fox News, on the Leno show and during every interview he’s ever had and every speech he’s ever made.
He’s articulated his beliefs well enough to be the governor of Texas longer than anyone no matter who ran against him.
Don’t buy the idea that Rick Perry is inarticulate.
