LOL you don't want to know how they smuggle them in.
On the "bright side". Bulb smugglers are easy to apprehend because they don't run very fast.

I can see a major problem next year, etc. when people want to get just light bulbs they have been using for a half a century and realize they can't buy them anymore.
OJerko just might get the blame for this the middle of next year and it could become an issue.
