Maybe they shouldn’t play pin-the-tail on the donkey because they might think it’s okay to stick sharp things into people.
Maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to kick soccer balls, or hit baseballs, or block and tackle in football.
Maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to read or write or think about anything violent, because they might get confused and act out whatever they read or wrote or thought of.
Maybe we should control their minds so that there is no chance they will do anything we don’t approve of.
