When is pious Rick going to “come to Jesus” over engaging in Texas sized insider graft and cronyism? When Rick is finally forced to slink back to Texas with his tail between his legs, he can spend his time explaining to Texans where hundreds of millions of their tax money went supporting his cronies and political appointees.
