I don’t think it really matters in the long run.....as long as we win the Senate and keep a nice margin in the House’... Obama will be a lame duck for 4 very frustrating years...
Obama can only try and veto any legislation passed by a GOP house and Senate....And will have to send to the Senate at best moderate supreme court nominees
Anyway with him in there for another 4 years it means we will be going over the cliff in 4 th gear instead of 3rd gear

Keep in mind, he has another branch of government - his czars. As well, he has Soros and other powerful, evil people behind him. They have not finally got the power they have worked for for decades to just roll over.
You can BET there will be a national emergency which gives the excuse for the president to declare Martial Law. You do realize that if that is done, Congress, for all intents and purposes, is non-existence for 6 months. The can do nothing.
