Good advice shown above.

Never buy a gun for an experienced gun owner. Let her choose her own. Gun selection is highly personalized. It would be different if this were a first gun for someone.

I agree but you can always suggest something that YOU think is good.

Personally I’d get a ruger LCR as it can fire +P, very lightweight, very concealable, and the handgrip REALLY takes recoil very well, your hand doesn’t wear out.
