The speaker is running as a reliable and trusted conservative leader. What were here to say, with reluctance, but clearly, is he is not a reliable or trustworthy conservative leader, Sen. Jim Talent told reporters on a conference call arranged by the Romney campaign. They are trying to imply that Mitt is a reliable and trusted conservative leader, but even his supporters don't have the nerve to say something that would put half their listeners into uncontrolled laughter. Sorry MittSpokesRINOs, I agree that Newt is a sad and depressing choice, but he's a whole lot better than anti-gun, big government, RomneyCare creator Mitt Romney.

They are trying to imply that Mitt is a reliable and trusted conservative leader,....Aren't these merely code words ("reliable" and "trusted") indicating that he can be controlled - and manipulated - by the RINO Republican leadership, that he will do their bidding as payback for their support?
That essentially means nothing more than that he will not stand on his fundamental beliefs - if he has any.
