I googled Dean College and found that they:
1. Are expensive
2. Are private
3. Accept very low SAT scores
4. 90% of students receive financial aid
It sounds like a diploma mill.

Yes, average SATs in the low 400's. But traditionally was a junior college feeding associate degree kids into four-year schools, just recently added 4-year degrees itself.
