There are a lot of complete morons infesting the planet right now.
Solved: CO2 emissions 93% correlated with temperature and soil moisture, NOT human activity!
Carbon cycle questions

I just finished listening to Murry Salbys podcast on Climate Change and Carbon. Wow.
The abstract for his talk is here:
PROFESSOR MURRY SALBY
Chair of Climate, Macquarie University
Atmospheric Science, Climate Change and Carbon Some Facts
Carbon dioxide is emitted by human activities as well as a host of natural processes.
...
Andrew Bolt has some reactions in the Herald Sun:
Salbys argument is that the usual evidence given for the rise in CO2 being man-made is mistaken. Its usually taken to be the fact that as carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere increase, the 1 per cent of CO2 thats the heavier carbon isotope ratio c13 declines in proportion. Plants, which produced our coal and oil, prefer the lighter c12 isotope. Hence, it must be our gasses that caused this relative decline.
But that conclusion holds true only if there are no other sources of c12 increases which are not human caused. Salby says there are the huge increases in carbon dioxide concentrations caused by such things as spells
of warming and El Ninos, which cause concentration levels to increase independently of human emissions. He suggests that its warmth which tends to produce more CO2, rather than vice versa which, incidentally is the story
of the past recoveries from ice ages.

New research: warmth produces these carbon dioxide concentrations
Professor Murry Salby, chair of climate at Macquarie University, has inleashed on global warming alarmism in a lecture this week to the Sydney Institute.
Salby has worked at leading research institutions, including the US National Center for Atmospheric Research, Princeton University, and the University of Colorado, and is the author of Fundamentals of Atmospheric Physics, and
Physics of the Atmosphere and Climate, due out in 2011.
Salby says there are - the huge increases in carbon dioxide concentrations caused by such things as spells of warming and El Ninos, which cause concentration levels to increase
independently of human emissions. He suggests that its warmth which tends to produce more CO2, rather than vice versa - which, incidentally is the story of the past recoveries from ice ages.
Ive summarised this from just a rushed hearing of his lecture, not having access to his notes or the charts he produced on the evening. His findings, he says, have been peer reviewed and accepted for publication, so more will
follow.
Some other highlights of his talk:
He said he had an involuntary gag reflex whenever someone said the science was settled.
Anyone who thinks the science of this complex thing is settled is in Fantasia. The climate models used by global warmists suggest we should have twice the warming weve actually seen recently.

He asked the students and they agreed to it.
Remove this teacher immediately. His idiocy is ruining young lives.
Meanwhile, here in the USA, Algore is heating his enormous mansion to a comfy temperature.
Some pigs are more worthy of heat than others.
Idiots... What happens when the plumbing freezes and damages pipes/fixtures? How’s that plan looking then?
“beyond stupid” sounds pretty accurate.
That describes most of environmentalism.
You can’t fix stupid.
You have to eliminate stupid in certain cases.
He was teaching his pupils the 3 R`s:
Reading, Writing and Rheumatism
Benzie-”Everyone seemed happy enough although it did get pretty chilly. We sent letters to parents telling them of the plan.”
“We had only one complaint and that was from a member of staff. But in the end they just got on with it.”
Yup.
And the Brits have problems with pipes in general because they don’t bury them that deep, but their winters are harsher lately and the frost line is going down farther than before, damaging pipes and freezing the uninsulated on-demand water heater pipes and units.
I’d like to introduce him to my footprint.
I guess this reinforces that people who get education “degrees” have the lowest SATs. What a complete government-worker moron. To celebrate this fool-of-a-teacher I’ve started a tire burning in the back yard. Take that and your “carbon footprint” concerns.
Something tells me this has less to do with global warming and more to do with the school trying to save money on the heating bill.
It’s SO stupid how these morons have adopted the premise that the planet is something that needs to be saved.... by us. If this were done to one of my kids at school, that would be their final day going to that particular asylum.
What is going to happen with the planet is GOING to happen, regardless of what we do, or whether or not we are even here.
It’s maddening to see commercials on TV playing to these idiotic people. “My car gets good gas mileage. I’m saving the planet!” Such complete and total bullshit.
The parents are the product of the same propagandized school system.
GLOBAL WARMING - GOOD
GLOBAL COOLING - BAD
GLOBAL CHANGE - NORMAL
You really think a teacher knows that? Or the fact that maintaining a constant temp will use far less CO2 then going from 34 to 68.
He had been sacrificing virgins to save the planet, and that had worked very well, but it was getting hard to find virgins, so he decided to turn off the heat in the classroom to see if that would also save the planet. Guess what? It worked! The planet is still here!
