Ok I see it’s the Gadsden flag. Thought maybe a ‘New’ flag was made for the Tea Party. Never can tell .... I’m an old person and don’t always catch when a new fangle design or idea comes out :O

Recent interesting “flag” incident
A black college student had a Reb flag displayed in his dorm room
The college said he had to take it down -
He balked - and fought back - said it was tradition (I believe)
His Reb flag is back up on his dormroom wall (There are several flags - 1st, 2nd, - one was similiar to the US flag)
Must have caused a stir there
