Nukes project force just fine. The Argies are banking on the Brits letting them have the Falklands. But if it comes down to the Argies committing atrocities I’m thinking it might behoove Cristina to put on her SPF 45,000,000,000 sunscreen.
I disagree. Nukes don’t project force, because realistically, you can’t use them. Even tactically, where it might make sense, nobody will use them.
The Brits won’t nuke Argentina over the Falklands period . The Argentinians aren’t totally stupid so they won’t commit atrocities against the folks on the islands.
The Royal Navy still has nuclear submarines with torpedoes, cruise missiles,lock out chambers for Royal Navy Special Boat Squadron commando’s that the Brits can use to basically play havoc with the Argentinian maritime assets of all descriptions and sizes.
