This is the best ad out there right now, IMHO. It has spunk, humor, and is very specific.

Is this posted in the Humor section?

Yeah right.....just listen to his speeches. Like him or hate him, no one in Congress is more willing to to march to the beat of his own drummer.

“Spunk?”

Ron Paul and spunk are two terms I would never put together...

It is one thing to prefer another candidate; being stupid about it is something entirely different.

Excellent ad, especially for 30 seconds.

Perhaps it should be posted there as well. It not only lays a specific plan (one trillion cuts in one year!) but shows a sense of humor unlike some of the sanctimonious, sugary stuff that passes for political advertisements these days.

Hate him!

Too bad he can't march to the Constitution and deny receiving Pork Barrel money to be wasted in his district. Yep, he marches to his own "vote buying" drummer while fooling the fools otherwise.

I can’t help but wonder if Paul isn’t quietly supported by the beltway elite as a means of helping to eliminate conservative candidates.

Why not? He is the guy who is repeatedly the only “no” vote. Love him or hate him, that is the very essence of spunk.

Well I won’t dissagree with you there, Ron Paul is certainly marching to the beat of his own drummer, unfortunately it’s a furneral derge he’s listening too ;)

I just don’t like the ad. It reminds me of one of those toy commercials for remote controlled 4x4 trucks or something. It’s like he hired the Toys-R-Us ad people to create it.

Just how much of a Caliphate would there be if Islamic nations didn’t get a cent of foreign aid and the US became an energy independent exporter of energy?

Supported by the beltway elite? If so, they have a strange way of showing it. He was only given 89 seconds in the CBS debate and lags behind every other candidate in the number of invites for Sunday morning shows.

Yeah he turns up in the donor lists more than average. Not big money but enough to keep him running.

Oh dang, you got me there. I was trying to hide the fact that the Koran mentions the geopolitical ramifications of foreign aid and energy dependence from people who are not yet converted. Please forgive this oversight of mine.

Ron Paul - 2012!!!
