He hasn’t endorsed him yet. I take anything from Fox 5 with a grain of salt.

I come from a state, Massachusetts, where the likes of Bill Weld, Scott Brown, and Mitt Romney are considered far right wackos by many (Brown is pretty popular though but could be a one-termer) and the likes of Ted Kennedy, Kerry, Barney Frank,
Deval Patrick, and other Dems might as well have halos over their heads.

Are the GOP office holders mentioned RINOs? Yes. But they are as close as Mass. will get. The next (totally-) conservative Republican from Mass. will be the first one.

Aw, but if they had Ds next to their name it would be no big deal—right, Mr. Clinton? The National Association of Gals had no prob with him. “You better put some ice on that.”

lol

Great strategy! Look NAGS, our candidates are sleasy too!

Look at their accomplishments. Newt allied himself with Ronald Reagan to build the Reagan Coalition, the Religious Right, and the Republican majority (together the Reagan Revolution) which directly led the downfall of the Soviet Union, the Contract with America, government reforms, less government, tax cuts, a balanced budget, and the great, long-standing Reagan economy.

Romney, on the other hand, vehemently denied Ronald Reagan and aligned himself with Ted Kennedy and the left. Romney accomplished installing liberal big government programs, defended and promoted Roe v Wade and legalized abortion as “settled law,” advocated and implemented RomneyCare with its liberty killing government mandates against formerly free citizens and its taxpayer funded or subsidized and mandated abortion procedures. He ran and governed to the left of Ted Kennedy on the “gay agenda” resulting in gay marriage in Massachusetts. He appointed liberal judges and liberal appointees throughout his government. Under his “leadership” conservatism and the Republican party was all but destroyed in Massachusetts.

Romney is one evil liberal progressive.

My position about Romney in 2008. Good to see some positive comments posted about Newt and the obvious about Mitt.

Who knows; they’d have to apologize if it’s wrong, or blame their “source” (un-named) for misleading them.

who has the earliest prediction that Cain would endorse Gingrich? Here’s Nov 11.

Gingrich / Cain = McCain / Thompson

Even though Gingrich is not in any way tea party, Cain is sure to endorse.

Much like Fred endorsed McCain 4 years ago.

Fool me once ...

Cain’s endorsement won’t help Cain and it sure won’t help Newt. These two are clearing the way. The gifts that keep on giving.

I've mainted accounts at Free Republic and Democrat Underground for many eyars and....I stopped voting in ‘92 and until the past week, I was narrowly split between McCain and Obama in an ambiguous, “not going to vote anway” way.

I was just shaking my head and thinking the same thing. Gingrich is the quintessential Washington insider. He even has an office on K Street. He left his speaker-ship and House seat, but not Washington.

The sheeple are so desperate that they are jumping on any bandwagon that comes along.

I was an committed supporter for Herman Cain, through thick and think.

I was so upset when he announced the end of his candidacy.

I will feel betrayed if he endorses Newt.

And if Herman endorses Newt it will at least put an end to my misery. I will never vote for Newt.

“No surprise as they are buddies. Hint: Lincoln-style debate.”

My thoughts also. Newt also came to Cains defense against those bimbos when it could have been political poison for him.
