I did not know the $200 suppressor fee was a one time fee.

I thought you had to pay for each application.

Gnight all! Thanks to all who stopped by!
Have a great week!

Does a .22 have enough recoil to operate the slide fire?

“Daddy want’s...”

Me too! And I like that whisper gizmo on the business end of the barrel! Does it ‘whisper’ in full auto?

The slidefire was designed specifically for the AR 15 and the .223/5.56x45 cartridge.

I know there were some bumpfire stocks for ruger 10/22’s in the past but BATF banned them.

It will whisper in full auto if you have a SSAR 15 stock or a stamp to own a full auto M16

If you knew someone that had a Ceiner, you could pop it in there and try it out. Use the hot loads, not the subsonics/

I have a friend that has a Ciener conversion.

I don’t think it would work with the SSAR 15. (not enough recoil)
But we may have to give that experiment a go!

Aguila Subsonic 22s dont work wortha crap in semi autos.

The long 68 grain lead bullet fouls the feed ramp, They work great in bolt actions and revolvers

The Israelis love them

950 fps and 68 grain

Aguila could correct the problem by just giving them a copper jacket.

You can buy a 10/22 barrel with a fast twist that is especially made for those.

Perhaps I should just design and manufacture a 68gr 950 fps lead cored copper jacketed .22

I liked their performance as a niche cartridge.

The 300 whisper seems like a really good approach to the issue if a bit pricey.

I believe that the jacket of that SF 71 head stamped .308 is similar to this.

A steel jacket, but with a CuproNickle plate.
