I know the odds say you're not supposed to resist when you get robbed... I think this old "conventional wisdom" has pretty much been shown to be just plain false. I think, the more people resist, the fewer crimes there are.

I think this old "conventional wisdom" has pretty much been shown to be just plain false. I think, the more people resist, the fewer crimes there are. The reason you are not supposed to resist is so that there are more crimes, the better to justify higher police budgets. Like Rush says, "Follow the money."
